Bad Management

Good day,

For a large part of this year, the service at Pick 'n Pay at I'Langa Mall in Mbombela (Nelspruit) was not up to standard eg:

The availability of stock items at the end/beginning of the month, is totally unacceptable. When enquiring from the staff members, their standard answer is "the truck has not arrived".

In more than one instance, there is NO stock available on the shelves. This occurs frequently during the month and not only at month end.

The staff is not very helpful. They just say that there is no stock and will no physically go to the storeroom to make sure that there is no stock available.

At times when the shop is very busy with clients, they will not open more pay points to accommodate customers.

This is only but a few examples and this is a matter of management not being involved in the day to day running of the business.

I kindly request that this matter is investigated and rectified as soon as possible.

Regards
