Bad Management

I'm very disappointed with Management at PnP 3Arts.The Manager Mr.Rustin is an arrogant Manager.I told him I bought a voucher and it did not print the full code.Is this the customers problem if the ribbon of the printer was not changed?He just said I must wait because they had to ph to get the full code this is already 15mins after waiting.Being a 60 yr old i can't stand tol long on my feet.No apologies just I must wait.If there was empathy i would have understood.Sumaya was busy sorting it out.I went to sit outside on the bench.Mr Rustin must not repremand his staff in front of customers.He must come to Pick n Pay Plumstead to learn customer and staff ettiquet.I will not set foot in his store again and please don't let him phone me.Sumaya safed the day and apologised even giving me a R10 voucher for the long wait.
