Bad Management

So on the 10-02-2023 we paid for shopping vouchers and till date we have not received the Shopping Vouchers Their reason is that they don't have the Voucher Cards in store When they were approached about the transection they failed to inform us that they do not have Vouchers so till Today such a big Company as Pick N Pay have failed to give us the shopping vouchers instead we are the ones running after them whereby I feel they could have given the business transection to the nearest Pick N Pay or they could have requested the Voucher from other stores And to add the manager is very very rude
