Bad, lazy service
Placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP at 06:30. It still has not been delivered. Called your call center, the young man gave me such attitude and no empathy. Reference *** but nothing has been done.
I guess so long as you get your money and I have now missed all of the specials.

I have waited for 12 hours for my delivery, now you deliver my meat and yogurt to me warm in overpacked torn bags!!!

My mince, stewing beef, chicken viennas and two yogurts were received warm!!! This is a food safety hazard.
You expect me to pay for warm items that should be refrigerated and are now unsafe for children to eat, let alone us adults.
I was supposed to receive two bags of garlic and not one!
Ourselves and our neighbours here have endless problems with your service. Checkers60 never get things wrong. Respectfully, please credit the problem items seeing as I immediately brought it to your attention and you just ignore my complaint. Kind regards, Lynne
