Bad Hygiene practice

I am a daily customer at pick n pay Bonaero Park and on many occasions have brought to the attention of the staff, the issue of displaying bakery products on an open table un covered, Now firstly its against the health and safety protocol and your HAACP certification that food items be displayed in such a manner, people walking past the tables clothing items rubbing off on buns, doughnuts etc and people touching them coughing over them ,really is this hygiene you have certification for , you stress on suppliers wanting to supply yourself with items, claiming high standards bluntly turn them down , yet most of them carry and show higher standards than yourself. Fix up your house pick n pay or alternatively except an forced adult.
