Bad experience at PnP Moreleta.

My daugter recently bought a meat pie from PnP in Moreleta Park. As I bit into the pie I immediately noticed that there was something foreign in the pie. I opened the pie up to find a sheet of what appeared to be paper baked into the pie and covering the whole filling of the pie. I called PnP head office who said that I should take it up with the branch as it was a branch issue. I returned the pie back to the branch the following day. I was helped by Letta in a friendly manner. She offered to replace it, but I declined the offer (Ino longer had any faith in the quality of the pies). She took my details and said that she would escalate the problem. I had no reaction after that until 10 days later when a gentleman called me. He enquired if I was well and if I had to be admitted to hospital as a result of the experience. When I told him that there was no medical issue, he offered me a refund. This took 10 days. I dit not expect anything other than I simple apology and assurance the the matter be looked into to avoid future unpleasant issues. I decline to give a one-star rating simply because of Letta's help and the friendliness of the cashiers that I always dealt with.
