Bad Experience at Pick n Pay Louis Trichardt from Manager

I had a very unpleasant experience today at Pick n Pay Louis Trichardt with a manager named Lerato Leboga today 29th August 2025. She was extremely rude, belittling, and undermining towards me instead of offering help or basic courtesy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position who should lead by example.

I left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed. Pick n Pay needs to seriously address this issue because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
