BAD EXPERIENCE AT PICK N PAY KRAAIFONTEIN

Today I had the most terrible experience at Pick n Pay Kraaifontein. Never in my 40 years did I had such bad experience. Today at about 18:30 I went to this Pick n Pay as I normally do every evening. My spouse and my child stayed in the car. I got in front of the Pronutro and because of different flavors and different sizes, I took a picture to send to my spouse (that was in the car) to ask which one I should buy. The next moment the security came running at me shouting I can not take pictures of it. The way the security spoke to me was very unprofessional and rude. I then asked him if he can call the manager. The manager by the name of Sleigh came to me and was even more rude than the security guard. He then said that I am not allowed to take pictures in the shop, even clients that was standing around me was shocked, one client even said “Since when can’t pictures be taken” I was so shocked on how they treated me that I decided to leave everything and rather go to a different shop. When I got to the front of Pick n Pay, my mother in law also came in as they also stay in Kraaifontein. She saw I was not happy and asked me what is wrong, I explained to her what happened, the next moment, Sleigh, the manager ran up to me and told me I am not allowed to speak to his clients. This made me real mad.

No where in Pick n Pay is a sign telling the client not to take pictures and what is the real reason for this??

After I left, I phoned Pick n Pay Kraaifontein and asked to speak to the owner or someone higher than Sleigh. The lady that answered the phone was real nice, she then said she is also going to put Sleigh on the phone so that I can speak to him. Sleigh was again rude, not giving me change to speak, he started shouting at me then hanged up the phone on me. I phoned back and the lady answered the phone and promised me that the owner or someone higher will contact me on Monday.

Please go and see on my Pick n Pay card *** how much I have spent and how many times I went to Pick n Pay Kraaifontein. Well, never ever again I will set foot in Pick n Pay, and I’m not the only one. Pick n Pay Kraaifontein lost a few clients today because of rude and unprofessional staff (so called management)

I just want to say to Pick n Pay Kraaifontein, go and learn how to work with clients. Without clients, you can close your doors, Pick n Pay will be nothing without clients, so treat them better

I expect Pick n Pay Kraaifontein to apologies to me in person.
