Bad Experience

I had a bad experience on sunday at pick n pay Ga-Rankuwa i was assisted by a lady called Matshidiso she had a bad bad attitude she cant assist client she deserves to work at the back office of the store where she doesnt interact with client.On sunday i was buying when i get to the till she did not want to take my stuff that i am buying she wanted me to give it to her right on her hands so that she can scan and after i was making a payment with a card instead of telling to punch in my pin number she just pushed the machine to my side then she folded her hands because i know i must a pin i did if it was some one who had no idea of what must be done how was she gonna interact with the client.She is acting as if she is doing us a favour by tilling our stuff like she is not without us clients she doesnt have a job i wonder if she is aware of that.I am not happy at all and i need an apology so she must how i dont know but i need it.one bad experience spread fast than a good experience.my email address is *** ill wait for the apology in my mail.
