bad experience

i went shopping yesterday at the mall, around 17h00. there were very little baskets in the store, none to be found at the entrance and the few at the tills were full of back shopping. i went to the office and the response i got is that they do not have many baskets, and request me to take a trolley, however i only had a few items to buy and did not need an trolley. and the ques are also frustrating, very little tills open that time of the day, when we knock off from work you have to wait long in ques
