Bad Experience

<p>hi</p> <p>On Saturday the 14 I went to pick and pay princess crossing to do my shopping. My mum and I saw coffee mugs that the were on special so we decided to buy them but when paying for the items it gave use the incorrect price. The cashier called one of her colleagues to check the price. The ladies name is Molpone Mosieleng on her return to she told us the mugs that we saw were not on special and these no price like that we saw. The lady was extremely rude to us so my mum decided to check the price herself. When she turned she brought the price tag that we saw the mugs for then an argument pursued. I told the lady I want the mugs for the price that I saw them and I even the price tag that the mugs were that price I saw. The lady started screaming saying she wont give me the mugs the price I saw. I asked her to return everything that I bought she refused and ended up things that I bought thrown at me. I asked to speak to the store manger yegeshui reddy and I showed the price tag and the mugs and she did nothing about the issue. She just continued with whatever she was doing. I felt she was undermining me because she felt I wont do anything about the issue. I felt disrespected and humiliated by the stuff of pick n pay princess crossing. </p>
