Bad experience

Kersfees inkopies is veronderstel om n vreugdevolle ondervinding te wees. So gaan ek rustig in die winkel en die kersmusiek is wonderlik maar iewersis hierdie doof doof musiek want van die klank afdeling kom. Ek stap na die twee mans toe wat lyk of hulle in beheer is van die klank afdeling. Ek vra mooi dat hulle die musiek moet moet sagter sit. Sal die verwaante man nie vir my sê "You are maybe one out of 100 that are complaining and we sell music in this department". So I told him that the two songs were completely in contradiction with one another. He then waived his hand at me and tld me to go and do shopping. I told him that I am a costomer and indirectly pays his salary and have every right to complain. I left store and just want P&P to know that I started shopping at lyfestyle P&P 14yrs ago and will never return. I always treat any person with respect but this type of behaviour is unacceptable.
