bad employee and not the first time

If this is what pick n pay calls customer service then I'm disappointed!! <br> Me and my granny went to pick n pay to buy a 'crusher' we walked the whole shop and we eventually gave up, so I told my granny to ask someone that works in the shop to help us.. We then bumped into an employer named Desiree. Her walk was not even approachable and she gazed the mall intimidating the customers.. We then went to her to ask her to help us. My granny greeted her with such a warm smile and she just overlooked her on the shoulder and she didn't pay attention to us, I then greeted her thinking she did not hear my grandma.. then to my shock, she turned around yelling at us to as 'can't you see I'm talking to someone' I was sooo scared of her and my granny walked away regretting to as why did she ask for help. And that's just half the story. I'm really disappointed in the customer service pick n pay has bestowed me with and it's not the first time I had a problem at the same store, and my first complaint was never attended to and now I understand why.. customer service is not your thing. For as long as I live, I will tell my peers, family and everyone I know how horrible can pick n pay be!!!
