Bad

I bought a Hisense TV at pick n pay east rand mall boksburg and after 9 months the TV didn't want to switch on we took the TV back to the store coz it wasn't even a year since we had the TV and it just stopped working we took it back 9 months after and they keep telling us to phone the service manager but still haven't gotten any feedback on our TV please kindly assist us we have proof of all our documentation
