Bad Delivery Service

Bought outdoor furniture from Pick n Pay hypermarket online,oh I regret the day I gave them a chance!!!I ordered on the 16th of october and its the 10th of november I have still not received my items.I have been calling the call centre for weeks and no one seems to know what is happening with my order I requested a refund still I have not received the money back.I am so disappointed in pick ‘n pay,Never thought I would receive this kind of service.At this point they can’t even tell me which hyper market my items are coming from so I can go there directly,they all know nothing just quick to say we will escalate the matter then nothing happens.
