Bad Delivery Service

Good day,

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service we recently received from Pick n Pay ASAP. Unfortunately, this has now happened to us 3 times already where we place an order, only for it to be cancelled without any phone call or proper communication from your side.

The items we ordered were important, and due to the cancellations we had no choice but to urgently purchase them again from another retailer, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

We have been regular users of Pick n Pay ASAP and never experienced issues like this before, which is why this recent experience has been very disappointing.

The account used for these orders is registered under my wife’s details. I am happy to provide the relevant order numbers, reference numbers, ID details, contact information, and branch details privately when contacted for investigation purposes.

I kindly request that this matter please be looked into to prevent this from happening again in future.
