Bad delivery service

I would just like to express how unhappy I am with the pnp bottles app and also the pnp online service.

I placed an order online for grocery and the delivery date was for the 03/12/2021. Guess what??? I waited the whole day and did not receive my order. I only received it after 3pm the next day.

On the 03/12/2021 I also placed an order on the bottles app and delivery day was the same day. And guess what???????? I also did not receive my order that day. It only got delivered the next morning.

2 orders that I was supposed to received on the 03/12/2021,only arrived on the 04/12/2021... I was not notified that there will be a delay, no communication, no message, no call. I have other things I also have to attend to but now I have to wait 2 days for a delivery and cannot attend to my other obligations.

I tried calling the call centre for 2 days but the phone was not answered.

This service is absolutely terrible...

Why was my order not delivered? Why was no communication sent? Why does the call centre not answer calls?

I need my complaint escalated ASAP
