BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE

My name is Musimuvhi <br> <br> On 28 July 2015 i was at pick n pay tramshed as always, was busy buying some grocieries and when i was done i was standing in the que when suddenly i felt something inside my pocket immediately i realise someone took my phone . Within a second i alerted one of the personnel at pick n pay whom i explained what happen and i was sure the person who stole it was still around. The same personnel looked at me like i was mad and he didnt even care ,as i was standing on the que i asked if we can check the camera maybe i will see the person who took my phone ,the respond i got was overwhelming ,he then just left me there standing. The other personnel came to me and i had to explain again, he told me that he is gonna check the camera to see if he will find something. i had to wait for 25 minutes to get respond which was ohh our camera only shows the teller and they just left me there standing. My problem is the attitude i got from them and to think that they told me they are going to check the camere and come back to say the camera doesnt show anything inside the store but only the teller ,my question is that didnt they know tha? i was so hurt and i just cry and left
