Bad customers service 1

Parcel count service at Alex mall is very bad and she was very rude. Her name is Amanda and I heard is part of management she refuse to help lift up my parcel and tell me that I must ask if I need help she continue helping customers that came after me and gave me the bad attitude. I then ask if is the company rule to treat customers like that she said I must beg for heip and there is nothing that I can do I went look for a manager they told me he's not available at that time then I left and she was not even sorry for her actions
