Bad customer support service
I made a purchase on the ASAP app, I never received all the items but got invoiced for all of it. I tried chatting with your support but to no avail. Your customer support is absolutely appalling, even 24 hours later still no response to my query. A week earlier the exact same thing happened except I had to call in to request a refund for goods not received. It's just a pity that I am unable to attach a snapshot of the time and date stamp.

It has been a month since your customer service had contacted me, however there has been no action taken.
I have emailed again but to no avail.
You may need to reconsider exactly how your processes work
