Bad customer service received

Today i went to pick n pay Tzaneen and then as i was paying at the cashier i had bought a lot of things so this other male supervisor comes and told the cashier to move fast and that time i haven’t packed my stuff nor paid and it’s a lot so i jokingly told the cashier that am going to take ten hours packing since you don’t pack for us and i know the cashier we went to the same high school .. then the supervisor had me and he started harassing me telling me how other people will do the same to me for goodness sake i was not talking to him and the truth is that i was going to take time to pack on my own he was very rude try to teach your staff customer service
