BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - PnP Boardwalk

I logged a complaint on the 1st of Jan with customer care about a bad customer service experience I received at the PnP in Boardwalk, today is the 9th and bo feedback until now. I didn't know how bad PnP is, across the board, clearly I will find out just how much.

I received this query nomber; *** and radio silence after that. There was no available staff members to help me and I was told they went to the beach to drink. Manager on duty, Andile, was very annoyed and irritated with me because he had to come from his office to help me on the floor. Andile was demining and patronizing in his interaction with me, while I was the one that was nit receiving service but he was more upset than me.

Has PnP always been like this? What an eye opener
