Bad customer service Pick n Pay Menlyn

Bad customer service as a Tyme bank holder on Saturday 29/10/23 around 3pm I asked for cash withdrawal of R600 and the cashier by the name of Bafedile told me she doesn’t have money on her till and she went on to say the entire store doesn’t have money because people swipe which I find very rude .How does Pick n Pay partner with Tyme bank only for their cashiers to mistreat customers who ask for cash.I then requested to see the manager from a lady called Alvina who then asked to assist me instead ,she was very helpful and kind she withdrew the cash for me whilst I was told “the entire store doesn’t have cash people swipe “
