BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE -PICK N PAY MAPONYA LARGE APPLIANCES
bad customer service from Hypermarket Maponya Mall. I have been struggling to get a reprint of my invoice for the washing machine and chest freezer purchased. I was told someone will contact me , the sales person that assisted me when I made the purchase. To this day he has never made contact, since last year. I wrote on their facebook page as well , no one responded last year. Can someone who cares make contact with me?

She put me through to someone and they also not sure where was my query logged. Please get your act together. I spent thousands on this items and i am not getting any help
