Bad Customer Service- Pick n Pay Hyper

Pick n pay Hypermarket Faerie Glen Atterbury really had my blood boiling today. I tried to exchange 2 tops- had all the tags on but didn't have the slip. I DID NOT want a refund, wanted to exchange for shoes. I waited about 20 minutes for the manager to arrive. They simply refused to do the exchange! I then went to Pick n Pay Clothing Store Atterbury Value Mart- they gladly exchanged the 2 x tops for me without a slip and their staff were so friendly. They did not ask any questions or moan. Pick n Pay Hyper Faerie Glen, staff are always unfriendly and lazy!! Very poor customer service
