Bad customer service pick n pay

I heard about a Harrier whisky special at P n P Lalucia liquors, so i drove there, specifically to buy 6 bottles. Only to be told that its a one hour special i.e. you can only buy during a specific hour e.g. 9 - 10am. How RIDICULOUS?! WHY did they not change the rule, to satisfy a customer????
