Bad customer service menlyn pick n pay clothing

Yesterday I was at pick n pay clothing menlynaround 16:30, I have requested a cash withdrawal for amount of R30, I found the lady with a gold(blond)hair, that lady she didn't care about customers at all, she says she don't have R30 on her till, I tell her to call her supervisor, when her supervisor came, she asked another lady, the person who responded on another cashier's behalf is a lady with a gold(blond) hair, other cashier said she is not sure that she have, she have to check, before she check, the gold hair lady refused, that lady has an bad attitute on a serious note. Is it possible that a shop doesn't have R30 on a till around 16:30. The lady doesn't not wanted to help me at all, her supervisor supports her. Managers in pick n pay clothing menlyn please intervene this situation. I told the lady that I will report you, she said go now... really is how you speak to customers in your shop?
