Bad customer service from Tymebank workers

Went to pick n pay at Golden walk germiston on the 2 December 2021 to deposit money into my Tymebank account & I was told to go the Tymebank machine to get some assistance which I did but there was no one to help the 2 ladies working for Tymebank both went on lunch at 14:00 so we stood there more than an hour I ended up helping 5 customers who were there to do new cards as I'm used to seeing how the machine works while my problem needed to be handled by them the ladies working at pick n pay they explained to us that they don't know why there's Tymebank ladies went out on lunch the same time and they apologize they tried calling them and reporting to the manager who was in charge after all that waiting they came walking slowly and chatting to each other as if nothing was wrong with no regret and apology they just looked at us like fools and they were only 3 of us by that time 16:45 I was so frustrated and bored that they don't even apologize those 2 ladies they don't deserve to be there I'm used to seeing other pick n pay stores there's only one customer assistance for Tymebank so this 2 they are there for friendship they don't know why they are there while other people are looking for jobs seriously I don't get paid for working for Tymebank but I took my time to help those customers while there's people who get paid to roam around the mall during working hours which is so wrong.
