Bad Customer Service from Supervisor

I’m not happy with the service I always get from the supervisor at Pick n Pay festival Mall I don’t know her name but she is a tall woman who wears spectacles and likes to put red lipstick, she’s brown in complexion and she had a soft dreads weave. She is always rude to me and also to the staff, when you tell her something she doesn’t attend you she just leaves you like that. When she addresses the staff she addresses them with a rude tone that is not pleasant at all. I mostly get a good service from most of the cashiers but as for the supervisor I’m not happy.
