Bad Customer Service from Rose Mdaka

While i was still busy paying for few snacks, asking to draw money from the till, as i usually do at retail tills, this cashier already had started putting another customer's goods through the till. I told her but im not done how can she start with another customer that and she gave me this dirty look and told me to go stand in another queu, again, at the cigarret's counter to draw cash. I asked or her name but she refused to give me her name and her name tag was closed under her scarf. The packer at her till gave me her name. Terrible person, made my shop*** experiece at P n P Cresta rather unpleasant.
