Bad customer service from PNP ASAP

Placed an asap order on 28 November 2023, the order was packed in a hazardous way, in one pack there was demostos and milk, subsequently the demostos spilled on the 3 sachets of milk rendering all the items unusable.

Contact asap through email and telephonically to resolve the issue, until to date it is radio silence from them.

The last communication I received from asap was when the consultant was shifting the blame to the delivery guy.
