BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PICKNPAY ROSEBANK MALL

I am very disappointed by the treatment I received at Picknpay Rosebank Mall, I came in to buy rtc full chickens and upon my arrival I found a few other customers waiting to get the rtc price tags put on the chickens. However, the person who was putting the price tags named Katleho, he never even bothered to assist us as customers instead he put tags on the chickens held by his fellow colleagues and left us standing there thinking he is gonna come back with price tags which he did not and after 10 minutes we were informed that he had knocked off and he never even told us that when he left he said he is going to fetch the price tags but only to find that he was actually going home. We were very furious as customers and I even took contact details of the other customers I was with and I am more than happy to provide you with their numbers as they were also not happy with the treatment they got, please respond urgently.
