Bad Customer Service from Pick 'n Pay again!

Pick 'n Pay Call Centre customer service seems to go from bad to worse! I called yesterday afternoon regarding the late arrival of an order only to be dealt with by a surly call centre agent who informed me that I didn't understand how the online shopping worked and my order would not be delivered that day! I then got hold of her supervisor who apologised profusely and assured me that she would get back to me soonest regarding what time my order would arrive. Surprisingly she did not. I then phoned this morning to be told she had gone on leave. I then dealt with another apologetic call centre agent who assured me that she would rectify the matter and come back to me in 30 minutes with information on the time of delivery. Two hours later I called her back to be told that the reason she didn't contact me was that she didn't know who was the right people was to deal with at the hub..... Upon me getting very annoyed she miraculously managed to find the right person while I held on the line but couldn't confirm delivery time . I then asked for the manager but amazingly he was not available. I explained that the reason I ordered the goods was that I needed them and did not just feel like placing an online order. I then said I would phone back later to get further information but she couldn't guarantee any success. Honestly - is this how this organisation treats loyal customers??? It is diabolical!!!
