Bad customer service from pick n pay.

Precious Mashinini is a cashier at pick n pay Carlton center with a very bad attitude and she even shout at customers. she doesn't have a clue of what is customer service. I don't see myself buying at pick n pay anytime soon I'm still traumatized by her bad attitude she gave me on 05/11/2022. her manager tried to beg her to apologise for her bad behavour instead she said "i wont apologise to him".
