Bad customer service. From pick n pay.

Pick n pay Hazeldean. I ordered my groceries on Pick n Pay asap. They processed my order but not being delivered. Since they said it will be delivered between 9am and 20 am. Still waiting no call or email from them. I called customer care but no help. This guy's don't have respect to their customers.
