Bad Customer service from Bp Pick n Pay

I was at Bp garage pick n pay in Kilpgat Mabopane this morning, wanted to buy airtime with Vodacom voucher and the cashier Monica rudely sent me away and said “there is no network for those things”. I kindly asked her to please try and check but she was busy preparing her slips and never minding me and she rep**** “I just tried it and it doesn’t work” and she continued to do her things not minding me and I left the store… poor customer service from the cashier Monica because I bought at the same store every time with vouchers and Kagiso And his twin assisted me every time with no hassles and again vouchers don’t not use network. I would like to log a complaint against her for poor customer service and request an apology from her
