Bad customer service

Pick 'n pay Thavhani mall does not or refuses to pack the customers groceries, I have been the multiple times the first reason I got was we don't pack your groceries just incase if your card declines, the second reason was it delays the queue from moving, and then finally they said our pick 'n pay does not have packers, there is no disclaimer on the door to inform the customer that you'll have to pack your own groceries this is in fact an inconvenience to the consumer. If pick n pay wants to remove packers they must train their tellers to pack while the scan for example this is done across all shops in Thohoyandou besides that pick n pay.
