Bad customer service

I went to pick and pay Kempton square to get few items then when I get to the tills the item I thought that it was on special it was not. I told the cashier I saw it with that amount she asked the supervisor to check. That supervisor came and ask another lady by the name sphesihle she just came to the till mumbled I didn't hear what she was saying but she was not talking to me then she just left. After a while I asked the cashier is the anyone helping us. After some time the lady came back and says I said that's not the one.and she was so rude the way she was implying. I just said to the cashier kidly void the transaction. I'm so disappointed with the customer service I got there. And I shop in that pick and pay.
