Bad customer service

I went to pick n pay meadow point and I got a terrible service from a cashier by the name nontokozo at the cigarette counter. I went there to buy cigarettes and I found her there at the counter and I asked for cigarettes and she told me to go to the main counters to join the line and I asked her why must I go join the those long line if what I want is with her and she just looked at me and left me standing there and I left the shop without what I wanted to buy thanks to her. That girl has no customer service at all and her attitude is bad and doesn't know how to talk to customers. So I will not longer be shopping there and will make sure my family and friends don't shop there also cause the service sucks, I'll take my money where I'll be treated with respect and like a customer.
