Bad customer service

Bad service received, very rude cashier, I had 10 items Ata ten item counter, then i purchased 3 plastics, she shouted at me saying it's 13 items, I asked if she is counting plastic, sarcastically she said yes, she spoiled my day cause I had to shout, at her, I was sick visiting a doctor at the center my heart was high, I'm so upset I was shaking..
