Bad customer service experience at Pic n Pay mall@redds

I went to buy 6 packets of hair color and I was using my card as i did not have cash. I swiped for my goods and the lady did not offer a plastic bag which there after i took a plastic bag and started packing my things. The till operator rudely asked me to pay for the plastic bag which i did not mind doing but i asked her was i supposed to carry all this stuff in my hands and am I supposed to now swipe for R0.50 after also swiping for the things i had bought ? I was not happy with the way she became so rude so I asked to see the supervisor/manager which i did. To my disappointment she literally did not address my issue as she ganged with the till operator against me as she had to leave the till to come to where I was. The bottom line is, it wasn't really about the plastic bag but it was about how rude they both were and how they treated the me with such disrespect. In the end i ended up leaving the shop without paying for the plastic bag just to prove how dissatisfied I was.
