Bad customer service

Pick n Pay service in Thabong is bad, how are told that by 11am you are assisted to pay for one item at the Kiosk, when you ask the cashier they are full attention. Honestly the bad customer service is appalling. Customers cannot be waiting for hours queuing for small items. The staff are really rude at Thabong Pick n Pay.
