Bad customer service

Another dissapointing customer experience.

Yesterday I was at the Elpspark store. I was served by Nokwazi and Busisiwe. Both have a terrible attitude and are very ******. They greet and smile at the white customers only and with the black customers they don't bother, instead they just give us their stinking & appalling attitude. The value of money is the same across board, essentially everyone should be severed with the same standard.

AGAIN I was withdrawing money and Nokwazi told me she doesn't have money as her shift just started. She didn't even bother to find an alternative or refer me to someone who has the money. Instead she told me rudely to go cashier to cashier until I find the money. How unprofessional and ****y and distasteful and mostly a waste of time and being inconsiderate.

Again I ask ,are these cashiers just randomly picked from a hat of names, or do they actually get formal work training? They have zero customer & service skills.

Then I went to Busisiwe's till. This one is even worse. She is even cheeky and back chats and is so arrogant. I had to pay and withdraw. When I asked if all is in order she blatantly told me to stop asking her stupid questions, surely I should know the process since I shop there everyday.
