Bad customer service due to rude parcel counter employee (mokgadi)

Today the 2nd June 2022, I left a carry bag with groceries @ pick n pay The Bridge noord street Johannesburg CBS's parcel counter with this rude pedi lady called mokgadi. I did not get her surname. I entered the store bought 10kg sugar, 10kg mazie meal , 2 x surf washing powder and bread. I got my stuff back from parcel counter. Inside the bag from parcel counter, as I lift the bag, I broke tomato sauce inside the carry bag, and it spilled on everything inside the bag. I took out everything inside the bag ,it was a mess. Let me point out that: I broke the tomato sauce not her. Also: I bought the tomato sauce elsewhere, not at this particular store. Then a serious altercation between us happened, which could have been avoided. It could have been sorted quietly, quickly without a fuss. I asked her for a cloth that she wipes the counter with, so I could the mess myself(inside the bag the counter and on the floor. She said she does not have. I then asked her to call one of the cleaners to give me, so I can do it myself. She then she cannot leave her post unattended. I then asked her: what happens if she's pressed and wanna go to the loo? She'll waut till the end of her shift before she can go. I could clearly see that she was not willing to help. I then said to her hai suka(get out of here) . I'm a regular customer here. I sometimes find a security guy at parcel counter temporarily, while the one who is posted there is at the loo. She said she didn't send me to break tomato sauce. The argument go heated, then she called a guy called thabang/ thabiso. After I explained to him, he offered to clean my mess because it was just a small matter. But that mokgadi kept on talking alot of nonsense aside as we were in conversation with This thabang. She showed no remorse nor see my point of accusing her of bad customer service or apology! Then thabang called the floor manager. I explained to him also, and he agreed that she's wrong. Then I him to make this case formal, because this employee is still arrogant in front of the manager. Then the manager said i must not worry, she'll deal with her. I said no! I want it formal, because she is still arrogant , want to sign somewhere or reference number. Then the manager disappeared. All of a sudden a cleaning lady is now here. I wanted the name of this rude lady surname, but she refused. When I tried capture her on my fone, she ran away never came back. She left her post unattended for +_ 15 menutes, before thabang came as the que was getting too long. I asked Thabang that if I was white man, would she treat me the same, why is she running if she is innocent. Why she hide her name tag. Customers will never enjoy a pleasant shopping experience @ pick n pay, while rude,unflexible,uncooperative employees like this mokgadi. If she's got the ordesity to be rude in front of her manager, then pick n pay has a rotten apple in their basket! Shame on you mokgadi. You are bringing the image of pick n pay down.
