BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am appalled and beyond shocked at the service I have received at PnP in Montclire Place. A cashier by the name of Vatiswa Sesman. She blatantly **** to the manager and refused to apologise after she did not want to put my groceries in a bag. I have never experienced such great amount of stress while pregnant. She had an attitude even when the manager called her to apologise to me. She disrespected even her manager as she called her and continued speaking to her friend in Xhosa which I did not even understand what she was saying .

I was on lunch during this time as Vatiswa took her own time to come and apologise while her manager was calling her. She literally wasted my time and I was late for work due to this despicable behaviour and poor customer service.

I therefore, demand a written apology from her and a verbal sincere apology for this encounter. I believe that PnP should train their staff members to treat customers better as this lady clearly knows nothing about dealing with customers and she has definitely put the name of this company in disrepute.
