Bad customer service

Pick n Pay is useless when in comes to specials. Everytime i go there to get what ever i need on special, they never have the products on there shelves. I went to 3 stores in 3 different towns and they all had the same excuse. Why have specials then, rather just close the stores because its frustrating and useless.
