BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had the worst experience of my life at your store The Sanctuary. And I know you won’t care but seriously your staff needs training on how to handle customers. We were ignored twice by the same two ladies in your store, when we asked for help. The same two ladies were called to perform a void. After 5 minutes she walked super slowly towards us and then went to stand by another till. With the other lady walking to another till. Never in my life…. We eventually left what we were going to buy and went to Woolworths, the staff was ACTUALLY FRIENDLY!!!! AND BTW WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS?! Not so sure that will be the case after this. Maybe that’s why you doing so poorly in business!
