Bad customer service

Customer service in pick and pay Kempton square it's bad when I have to go there I have to think twice I bought sme things they were on special they didn't deduct then ask the cashier how much cuz I couldn't see the total the cashier just told me the amount I said but they are on special. He said ya I'm waiting for someone u could see he doesn't even care if I didn't ask he was not gonna tell me why he I waiting. Atlist inform the customer why I have to wait and he is busy chatting with a packer wow I go there cuz I don't have a choice. If I had I would rather go to festival mall.
