Bad Customer service

Mall of Africa has to be the worst. Every time I'm there u get the worst service. There are hardly any till operators and when they there they rude and don't want to assist. Especially the older lady by the Kiosk. I forgot to look at her name bage. Asking a simple question and people roll thier eyes forgetting that there are other stores in the mall. Worst store ever..
