Bad customer service

Went into the store in Hemmingways, East London yesterday late afternoon. I bought Kelloggs Instant noodles, on the shelf they were marked R6, 49 each. I get to the till, cashier rings up my sake, and it the noodles scan R6, 99. I asked her (cashier name: Inathi Mlobi Myintyo) and she just looked at me and didn't respond. I paid using my smart shopper points, and left. I was very disappointed by the service I got. I work in a customer facing retail environment as well, and what I would do in such a case, would get up from the till, go to the aisle and shelf with the noodles, take the promo tag and bring it and call a till supervisor to change the price for the customer. Easy peasy lemon squeeze!!!
